Jolly Santa Cookies

Thanks to my friend Angie I got inspired to make these adorable cookies. She brought them in to work on Monday. Her mom has been making them for years. I found a recipe for them at www.bettycrocker.com and decided to try my hand at them. I couldn't resist. They are so darn cute! I took them to school today for Logan's class party. I skipped the coconut beards because I kept thinking that coconut and 2 year olds probably won't mix. I think they turned out pretty good if I do say so myself!! I am in the baking mood this year.
