This weekend it really hit me. We took Logan to get his one year photos done at our favorite photo place Portrait Innovations. We love that place and are hooked for life. Anyway, when we were watching him just doing what he does best, looking and being cute, I realized how quickly this past year has gone. It has been a whole year of diaper changing, bottles, baths, luckily not a lot of sleepless nights, and a lot of other things that have made the year disappear.
I never realized how fun and rewarding being a parent can be. It does have it's moments and they do want their way....ALL the time. We are trying to teach Logan right from wrong and even have some hand smackings thrown in there. He has to learn some time and we want him to know what he can and can't do. Teach him that he can't do what he wants to 24/7.
His one year photos were awesome! He was such a cutie pie and cooperated great. He loves the camera and all eyes on him. He really is a mess. He absolutely loved his smash cake. I thought for sure he would like it but I had no idea just how much! I couldn't be happier with the results. They are awesome and I love portrait innovations!
