No work Monday!

What a joy a 3 day weekend is. It's so nice to go through Saturday and know you still have 2 more days off. Even better, you go through Sunday knowing you still don't have to work the next day. Granted I still got up at 6:45. I took Logan to school. I like to drop him off by 7:30 so he gets to eat breakfast with all his friends. I came home and had some of my Vanilla Biscotti coffee...how good does that sound? It's great! I then straightened up our bedroom which was in desperate need and also threw some clothes in the wash.

By 11:15 I was ready to go pick Logey up from school...already. I would have liked to keep him there all day and have the whole day to myself. But I decided to be a good wife and go take little man to have lunch with Daddy and visit with his work friends....all the way in Alpharetta. The thing we'll do for love! :) Luckily 11:30 is Logan's naptime during the week so he was great and slept the whole way there. I was glad he had that hour nap or it would have been a nightmare.

After lunch we visited for a few minutes then off to the mall. I drove all the way to Alpharetta. I figured make it more worth the trip. Not necessarily to buy anything even though it's very hard to window shop and not buy at least some socks or something. I did end up in the downfall of almost every woman I know...Bath and Body Works. I only spend $10.50 which is not bad considering it's hard not to buy one of everything. I was proud of myself.

Now we're home and Logan is sleeping. Since he only got his one hour nap instead of 2 hours as usual I figured what they hey, let him sleep. Especially since it's dinner at Nana and Pop's tonight. We can't have a fussy butt all night. Hope everyone else had a great day too and got to be off work as well.
