I don't know this family but I definitely feel like I do. I have been reading their blog ever since I saw the link on somone else's. The lady who writes his is amazing and so entertaining. She has 4 small children all under the age of five. She refers to them at MSC, Many Small Children. They each have a nickname, Big Mac, McNugget, Small Fry, and MckMuffin. Her husband is Prince Charming. I love it. She is definitely a stronger woman than I.

I flipped over to read her blog today to again be entertained and found something very disheartening. Her youngest son who is less than a year old has been in the hospital since last night. He has a very rapid heartrate that just won't come down. They have already tried so many things and he is just not responding. Please visit their blog to read the story and to maybe send a prayer or some words of encouragement to their family. My heart goes out to them. I don't know what I would do if something happened to Logan. I know that every parent feels this way.

Life is so precious. We more often than not take life for granted and lose sight of what is truely important. It's hard to slow down, take the time to sit and enjoy what you have. Everyone is so busy that we overlook the small things. A smile, a hug, a kiss, just sitting and watching your child play. I need to remember to stop and just be for a little while each and every day.

Please pray for them. I know it would mean a lot.
