Learning!

Ahh....it's so much fun watching your child TRY to eat with a fork and spoon. Everything goes in their lap, the floor, all over their face and in their hair. In Logan's case, all over his face because he is drinking the applesauce right now as we speak out of the little cup it comes in. I am guessing this is because he tired of the spoon and thought it would be faster to pour it down his throat. While it is rather amusing I now have an even bigger mess to clean up. Hey, he is eating, entertaining himself, and having fun in the process so I can't complain. My son is nuts! :)

We've been trying over the last week or so to really get him started on using utensils. It seems to make him wanna eat better. Anything that will do that is ok in my book since we've had such a hard time lately getting him to eat anything, especially after school. Oh, he is still sitting there drinking the applesauce. He has been eating pretty good at school so I can't complain there either. We are thinking he is starting to teeth again hence his pool of drool that is more often that not coming from his mouth. He has never been a drooler until now. When his passie is in his mouth there is a buildup of drool every time behind the guard and all underneath where his passie is covering his face. It's actually pretty disgusting because some of the time it's also mixed with snot that seems to be never ending from his nose. Maybe that will stop soon!

I hope everyone is having a great week. Tomorrow is already hump day. Wish me luck though, I go for a root canal tomorrow afternoon. I can't wait!! :)
